Melissa’s course is 13 months long with 6 weeks training in Brighton throughout the year on different areas of Digital Marketing, while learning on the job at Kogo for the rest of the time. With the apprenticeship programme, I can learn key parts of Digital Marketing which can then be applied straightaway to my work environment.”

“We were looking to sign our existing engineers onto a network based training course to further develop their skills. Whilst there are many routes to go down with training, we elected to enroll our engineers onto the apprenticeship programme as it offers an excellent level of classroom training so that the engineers can achieve their Microsoft certifications. In addition to the classroom-based learning, the engineers are also required to complete coursework by themselves, writing reports on work that they have undertaken as part of their ‘day to day’ job. This is an excellent opportunity for the techs to look into their own work, to identify what they do well, and also what areas they could improve so that they can continue to grow and develop their skill set.”
